Auto-responders are helpful for sending automatic replies to incoming emails, such as when you're out of the office.
Steps:
- Log in to DirectAdmin.
- Under the Email Management section, click Auto-Responder.
- Click Create Auto-Responder.
- Fill in the following:
- Email: The email address for which you want the auto-responder set up.
- Subject: The subject line for the auto-response.
- Message: The message you want to send to people who contact you.
- Set Duration: Optional – you can set specific start and end times for the auto-response.
- Click Create to enable the auto-responder.
